Our client is a leading insurance group in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Offer legal advice and manage legal and compliance risks in the Company's key channels, including Agency & Brokerage
- Handle litigation, regulatory investigations, and ensure compliance within Distribution Channels.
- Provide legal guidance for new business models and compensation structures related to strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Support legal matters pertaining to new and existing commercial tenancies.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Law or a related discipline, or equivalent qualifications.
- A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in the insurance, banking, securities industry, financial institutions, or financial service industry.
- Experience in managing legal risks within Distribution Channels, Direct Investment, or M&A is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Macau legislation would be considered a bonus.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills are required.
